The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Research and Grant Administrator, Research Operations. This is a full-time temporary position through November 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The Associate Research and Grant Administrator, Research Operations, will ensure the continuous development of all American Heart Association business activities related to sustaining and expanding the Awardee Engagement alumni program. The position works across American Heart Association departments to implement strategies and facilitate the exchange of information between all stakeholders, keeping projects moving through the pipeline to execution. It coordinates all budgets and workflow based on program goals, timelines, and key performance indicators. This position will also develop creative, clearly written material in support of the organization's communications strategies.
