As an Associate Repair Analyst on the Technical Operations SCM Component Repairs Team, you’ll support the programs and processes that keep Southwest’s aircraft parts moving efficiently and compliantly through the repair cycle. You’ll coordinate part movements between Southwest and repair vendors, review warranty and repair orders, audit invoices, and help resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and contractual compliance. Working closely with Analysts and repair partners, you’ll build strong supplier relationships, support performance tracking and reporting, and develop a growing understanding of repair processes, technical documentation, and compliance requirements. Through attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous learning, you’ll play an important role in supporting the supply chain functions that help keep Southwest’s fleet flying safely and on schedule. The culture of Southwest Airlines means we value the camaraderie, collaboration, and innovation that occurs when we come together and interact face-to-face at our vibrant Corporate Campus. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
