Wells Fargo Commercial Banking Middle Market Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking Program Associate) to join the Banker Development Program. The Banker Development Program is a two-year program designed to advance the careers of the next generation of bankers in Commercial Banking. The program provides sales skills and advances credit acumen necessary to meet our current and future business needs to excel in serving our prospects and clients. Associate Relationship Managers work alongside Senior Relationship Managers and engage in real client situations to support the growth of our business. Combination of formal training, on the job experience and professional support prepares participants for relationship management, sales or credit leadership roles within Commercial Banking. The Commercial Auto industry group serves franchise automotive dealers and is responsible for the origination of new relationships, the management and deepening of existing relationships, and for helping clients succeed in growing the value of their businesses. This industry group provides a complete suite of Commercial Banking products and services through integrated financial solutions tailored to clients while connecting clients to other areas of the bank, including Consumer Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL), and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM).
