Join a team that has received numerous awards for being a top place to work: TruStage awards and recognition Job Purpose: This position will partner with the retirement wholesaling team, along with product, and implementation teams to provide support for pre- and post-sale activities. This position will work closely with external and internal wholesalers to enhance distribution through financial advisors, TPA’s, DCIO’s and other centers of influence. This position will collaborate with wholesaling teams and implementation teams to recognize trends, resolve systematic issues, and drive improvements. In addition this position will help manage day-to-day activities of the wholesaling team; these include responding to RFP’s, being secondary for all inbound phone lines, email requests, and assisting in the building of territory sales strategies. This position will also act as a catalyst to drive sales growth and meet necessary sales targets for retirement sales.
