The Young Life North Star Region is prayerfully seeking a FULL-TIME Associate Regional Director to join our regional leadership team. This role will supervise 6-7 diverse areas and/or area start-ups in the Greater Twin Cities area, which currently include active ministries of Young Life (high school), WyldLife (middle school), and Capernaum (kids with disabilities). The primary focus of this role will be to provide healthy supervision to these thriving areas / area start-ups. Key components of the North Star Region’s “Known Deeply” vision centers around the personal/professional/spiritual development of Area Directors, retention of current staff, and identification of emerging leaders in order to grow ministry effectiveness. The ideal candidate models servant leadership, is deeply committed to their faith, and is passionate about growing mission leaders in order to reach all kids with the love of Jesus. They have a heart for belonging and truly “see” staff and leaders, bringing out the best in those they supervise while fostering a culture of belonging, growth, and excellence. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : This person will serve on the NSR Supervision Team and Operations Team. Other regional projects/initiatives will be assigned at the discretion of the Regional Director. Target start date: August 1, 2026 Fundraising: The candidate will engage in both personal fundraising and in support of regional fundraising initiatives Summary: Represent the regional office in carrying out the regional function to ensure good Young Life ministry in that region. As well as knowing and upholding all Young Life policies and procedures.
