In this position you will manage the sales and clinical teams for their assigned territory and nurture our culture of trust, honor, and integrity. You must showcase proven success developing & executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience medical device cardiovascular space
  • 7+ years of management experience of a field commercial team
  • Bachelors or advanced degree required; MBA Preferred
  • Proven track record of success in managing a growing sales organization
  • Ability to gain cooperation of others and lead team members
  • Ability to negotiate and influence senior level leaders & KOLs within the Virginia/West Virginia region
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Working knowledge of SAP desired
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry required

Responsibilities

  • Direct the region’s sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Set sales targets and forecasts
  • Identify, hire, retain and develop talent through proactively managing performance.
  • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborate with functional departments of the company, specifically but not limited to Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Professional Education to further develop value added strategies, tools, programs and services

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

  • The base pay for this position $125,000.
  • This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company’s Fleet program.
