About The Position

Our purpose is to help people and companies grow - candidates, clients, and the people on our own team. We connect engineers, project managers, estimators, superintendents, and technical professionals with companies building the infrastructure, energy systems, and construction projects the country depends on. As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll be sourcing and screening candidates, building talent pipelines, and coordinating interviews between qualified candidates and our senior recruiters. At its core, this job is about talking to people. The more people you talk to, the better you get. That human connection is the part that matters most, and it’s the part we protect. We’ve built AI into how we work across the company to handle the repetitive work so you move faster and spend your energy where it counts: building real relationships with real people and making a real impact. From day one, you’ll have a designated mentor and genuine access to senior recruiters and leaders - a team that gives honest answers to every question, including the ones you’re not sure you’re supposed to ask.
