An Associate Recruiter (Sourcer) implements recruitment strategies and manages the beginning of the recruiting process by building strong top-of-funnel talent pipelines. The Associate Recruiter (Sourcer) is responsible for sourcing candidates, initial candidate outreach, and assessing applicants to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years Professional experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
  • 2 plus years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Technology or Operations or a related field preferred.
  • 3 plus years Experience in talent acquisition preferred.
  • 1 plus year of direct sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (i.e., Oracle), CRM (i.e., Eightfold).
  • Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly.
  • Ability to contribute in a high-moving, changing work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and manage time.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sourcing expertise to identify, attract, and engage representative talent for roles while meeting metrics tied to current and future hiring goals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Support recruiting coordination as needed, including screening interviews, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ensuring interviews start on time and run smoothly.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop aimed sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data in the ATS; ensure prospects are tagged, tracked, and progressed (or closed out) consistently.
  • Participate in supporting hiring ramps and talent acquisition campus events to attract candidates.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and engaged landscapes to ensure sourcing strategies remain engaged and effective.
  • Build relationships with potential applicants, creating a positive experience that reflects TriNet’s culture and values.
  • Craft thoughtful, tailored outbound campaigns that reflect TriNets voice and resonate with different candidate audiences.
