Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Competitive, motivated, and inspired to work in a high performance culture where success and hard work is HIGHLY rewarded!
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn and other social media outlets
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong experience scheduling and using MS Outlook
  • Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to engage with a wide range of candidates, each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets.
  • Partner with leadership and the Talent Acquisition team in headcount planning and forecasting future recruiting needs
  • Create and implement innovative employment marketing and branding strategies through social media and networks to attract passive talent.
  • Perform research to make sure alliantgroup’s Talent Acquisition team remains on the cutting edge in order to bring in the best talent
  • Utilize social media outlets in order to spread the word of the alliantgroup brand
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, networking events, market demands, and sourcing techniques
