About The Position

This role is based within the BSv organization and requires a deepening knowledge of one or more Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, such as record, report, and analyze. The R2A Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of team service levels and key measurement targets, delivering a high-quality, cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes. They support the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance practices, processes, and technologies that drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise involves processing transactions of varying complexity, resolving standard process-related issues, preparing and finalizing period-end close activities, reporting (including interactions with the Client's Financial Controllers), and performing reconciliations.

Requirements

Deepening knowledge of one or more R2A processes (record, report, analyze etc.)
Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to act on own initiative with regular supervision.
Understanding of when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
