This is an opportunity to join our Biologics and Regenerative Medicine team where your work will contribute to developing products that help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. Based in Columbia, Maryland, this role offers exposure across the full R&D lifecycle while working closely with experienced engineers and scientists in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant laboratory or engineering experience, including academic or internship experience
  • Hands on experience with wet lab techniques such as cell culture, biochemical assays or biomaterials testing
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document experimental work
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A willingness to learn and develop in a regulated laboratory environment

Responsibilities

  • Supporting laboratory-based testing and characterization activities across Biologics and Regenerative Medicine projects
  • Performing hands on laboratory work including cell culture, biochemical assays, mechanical testing and microscopy
  • Collecting, documenting and analyzing experimental data in accordance with GDP and quality system requirements
  • Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-organized laboratory environment
  • Managing laboratory equipment, routine maintenance, calibrations and service coordination
  • Monitoring laboratory supplies and inventory to support efficient lab operations
  • Collaborating closely with R&D engineers, scientists and cross-functional partners to support project progress
