Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
0 to 2 years of relevant laboratory or engineering experience, including academic or internship experience
Hands on experience with wet lab techniques such as cell culture, biochemical assays or biomaterials testing
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document experimental work
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
A willingness to learn and develop in a regulated laboratory environment

Responsibilities

Supporting laboratory-based testing and characterization activities across Biologics and Regenerative Medicine projects
Performing hands on laboratory work including cell culture, biochemical assays, mechanical testing and microscopy
Collecting, documenting and analyzing experimental data in accordance with GDP and quality system requirements
Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-organized laboratory environment
Managing laboratory equipment, routine maintenance, calibrations and service coordination
Monitoring laboratory supplies and inventory to support efficient lab operations
Collaborating closely with R&D engineers, scientists and cross-functional partners to support project progress
