About The Position

This role involves developing and implementing quality processes and procedures, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards, determining root causes for non-conforming products, writing inspection procedures, analyzing quality performance, and serving as the primary customer Quality interface.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field.
• Completed Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses.
• Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed.
• Determine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as needed.
• Write inspection procedures and assist in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions.
• Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas.
• Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefings.
