About The Position

International is seeking an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to join our growing team at this facility! The Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager reports to the Plant Quality Manager and manages day to day department resources and coordinates the management of quality deviations, quality system, quality related performance elements, and collaborates with other TRATON sites on all quality related elements. Day Shift Position starting at 5:30am

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of quality inspection experience OR Master's degree and at least 2 years of quality inspection experience OR At least 6 years of quality inspection experience
• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage the Quality Department, which includes Quality Engineers, Assurance Inspectors
• Foster and Lead Practical Problem-Solving activities
• Monitor Campaign process & progress
• Managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements
• Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary
• Proficient in the development and maintenance of APQP documents
