About The Position

Goshen Therapeutic Services is seeking Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists (APC, LMSW, AMFT) to provide in-person therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families involved with DFCS and the surrounding community. This is a contract role offering flexibility, consistent referrals, and approved supervision, with the opportunity to work part-time up to full-time based on availability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Provisional licensure in the state of Georgia (APC, LMSW, AMFT).
• Eligibility for approved supervision.
• Must submit a valid and official transcript showing proof of degree awarded.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier.
• Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings and drug screen.
• Ability to work in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling services
• Conduct trauma assessments and develop treatment plans
• Utilize trauma-informed models including TF-CBT and TBRI
• Collaborate with caregivers, DFCS case managers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate Medicaid and clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and required meetings
