About The Position

Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Northrop Grumman. Northrop Grumman is seeking Propulsion Engineers. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Propulsion Systems & Controls Business Unit within the Weapon Systems Division. This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (for Engineer 1)
- Master’s Degree (for Engineer 2)
- Completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution by June 2027
- Majoring in or having majored in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite
Nice To Haves
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Current Active Security Clearance
- Experience or coursework in air breathing propulsion (scramjet, ramjet, hypersonics)
- Experience or coursework in hardware surveillance
- Experience or coursework in hardware testing
