About The Position

QFC Real Estate is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support two Senior Property Managers in the day-to-day operation, administration, financial coordination, and tenant service requirements of a commercial real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will help ensure properties are maintained professionally, tenant and vendor requests are handled timely, lease and property records are accurate, reporting deadlines are met, and the property management team delivers a high level of service to owners, tenants, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties, if required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi or MRI is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of commercial leases, tenant relations, and property operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for assigned commercial properties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenant requests and inquiries.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.
  • Conduct property inspections and follow up on operational issues.
  • Assist with lease administration, including tracking renewals, expirations, and critical lease dates.
  • Review and process invoices, service contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Support rent collection activities and monitor accounts receivable.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate property, tenant, and vendor records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and property standards.
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
