Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience, ideally within an integrated agency environment.
- Experience working within Microsoft Excel a plus.
Responsibilities
- Update daily status reports and hot sheets, schedule internal meetings, prepare and maintain timelines and project estimates with the guidance of senior team members.
- Manage and maintain meeting notes.
- Work with the finance team to initiate new jobs and participate in internal billing meetings.
- Balance priorities across various disciplines, ensuring deadlines are met and on budget.
- Proactively problem solve capacity, timing and scoping issues.
- Partner with the project management team to understand and optimize (when needed) processes, tools, etc.
- Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations.
- Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets in prepared for trafficking and launch.
- Report to one of our Project Management leaders.
