About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. You will be the point of contact for the customer during the project, managing update meetings, inquiries, deliveries, and escalations. This role is contributing to Electrification Smart Power Division.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 in Project Management, or Associates Degree in Technology with equivalent years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in project management within related field
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Managing project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility.
Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying key milestones and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Direct point of contact for customer.
Leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to ensure high-performance outcomes.
Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate issues impacting project quality, cost, or timeline.
Driving the successful execution of complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
Tracking project progress, generating regular reports, and communicating key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
