Requirements

  • Quotation management, Cadre, and major project costing
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Cross-functional project coordination across sales, engineering, and supply chain
  • Driving project transitions across multiple phases (award → engineering → procurement → execution)
  • Identifying process improvements and enforcing best practices

  • Project execution and coordination, including: Leading commodity projects through financial award, Driving project transitions from award into engineering, Managing handoffs from engineering into supply chain, Partnering with Project Managers throughout engineering and procurement to address risks and challenges
  • Operational leadership, including: Identifying process gaps and implementing best practices based on lessons learned, Managing the national installation resource schedule for major projects, Overseeing major project assets (installation tools, project-specific equipment, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Major Projects sales efforts as needed
  • Lead the transition of commodity projects through financial award
  • Drive project handoff from award into engineering
  • Oversee transition from engineering into supply chain
  • Partner with Project Managers throughout engineering and procurement, proactively addressing risks and concerns
  • Identify process gaps, document findings, and implement best practices based on lessons learned
  • Maintain and manage the national installation resource schedule for major projects
  • Oversee major project assets, including installation tools and project-specific equipment
