About The Position
Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware. This role involves driving site civil projects from start to finish, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing project financials, and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- A Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing.
- Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures.
- Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
