The Associate Project Manager II is responsible for supporting the construction project team during the design and construction of a project in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This role involves managing and taking ownership of multiple trades on a project with minimal oversight from buyout through closeout, including bidding, negotiation, contract generation, change orders, scheduling, forecasting, submittals, and RFIs. The position also requires participation in proposal writing, preparing estimates, reviewing construction documents and shop drawings, and assisting in the preparation of project schedules and change orders. The Associate Project Manager II will co-lead on-site activities alongside the project manager and lead superintendent, report cost projections, assist in preparing subcontractor bid packages, negotiate and draft subcontracts, and ensure necessary permits are obtained. The role involves monitoring and controlling project costs, optimizing team effectiveness, developing productive working relationships, enforcing job safety, and representing Holland Partner Group professionally.
