About The Position

Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for its Civil Engineering group, focusing on Land Development. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities within a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment. The position is designed for career growth, with training and mentoring to potentially advance into a Project Manager role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
PE Required
Experience managing projects including interfacing with clients
Commercial private development industry experience required
Six (6) plus years of related experience
Able to make frequent site visits in different states

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
Analyze project survey data, including existing site conditions, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of project-based tasks.
Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
Provide construction-related services and direct junior team members on tasks such as permit applications and quantity estimates.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments on time and within budget.
Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring.
