Requirements

  • Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in project documentation and task tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues.
  • Proficient in project management software tools and applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and track project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and according to project plans.
  • Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Contribute to implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Contribute to monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting budget status.
