This role is responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path. The Associate, Program Scheduler will perform 'what if' scenarios for individual program management team members and conduct schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule. This position leads the management team in schedule development, resolves critical path and network conflicts, and develops new scheduling procedures, methods, and concepts. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and developing highly complex schedule network logic for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with internal program procedures, PCS (Project Control Systems) guidelines, and IMS DID (Integrated Master Schedule Data Item Description). The Associate, Program Scheduler will also provide leadership and training to other schedulers and relevant departments, ensuring management understanding of network logic, Gantt, PERT, milestone lists, and resource information within the schedule.
