About The Position

Position requires 30% on-site support in or around Springfield, VA. Connected Logistics is hiring an Associate Program Manager! This multi-functional role provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need broad knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Participates with the planning, analysis, testing, integration, and documentation of requirements in support of a U.S. Government contract. In this role you will: Serve as the deputy to the Next Generation Technology (NGT-II) Program Manager Be responsible for the control, configuration management, and quality assurance of all program documentation Oversee the inventory management of NGT transponders procured from partner Original Equipment Manufacturer in support of U.S. Government customers Analyze business needs to identify new processes or process improvements that will meet those needs Perform detailed requirements analysis as required Work with various stakeholders, such as government program manager, customers, product suppliers, managers, and executives Track contract personnel training and equipment Help teams deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations Undertake daily follow-ups with team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met Perform minor cybersecurity oversight as required

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a CAC
  • BA/ BS in in computer science, engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience or an AA/AS with seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Technical background in Configuration Management and Document Control
  • Experience managing government furnished assets (receiving, warehousing, accounting, shipping)
  • Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals at different levels of maturity and seniority
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities
