Requirements

Masters degree in Behavioral Health Discipline
3 years work experience working with Behavioral Health population
At least three years' experience in the provision of behavioral health treatment for children, youth and adults.
Driver's License and Vehicle Required

Responsibilities

Provide overall supervision of program at assigned Residential Treatment site
Provide individual and group supervision of assigned staff, to include Residential Treatment Assistants.
Ensure that staff vacancies are filled by interviewing and recommending selected candidates for hire to Human resources Department. Complete site orientations for all new hires.
Ensure that policies and procedures are followed before, during and after any physical intervention.
Regularly observe and provide feedback to Residential Treatment Associates to ensure that their interactions with each resident are consistent with the individual’s treatment and rehabilitation plans
Ensure community meetings and other similar meetings are held on a regular basis.
Ensure individuals gain access to needed psychiatric, medical, social, financial and other appropriate services
Ensure that all relevant information is communicated to the psychiatrist and all other team members
Implement and collaborate with team, skill training for individuals and families both on site and in the individual’s home.
Monitor program site to ensure health and safety of residents and coordinate with Facilities Department.
Ensure that the housekeeping, dietary and other basic life needs of each resident are being met
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of site at all times
Ensure opportunities for residents to engage in community integration are provided
