The Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology (MMI) at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine is seeking candidates for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate level to establish an innovative research program that broadly complements the department’s strengths in basic and translational research related to virology, immunology, infectious disease, autoimmunity, cancer immunology and vaccine development. Candidates will hold a doctorate degree (Ph.D. and/or M.D.) and are expected to develop an independent extramurally funded nationally or internationally recognized research program, participate in the educational mission of the department, and engage in university service. We welcome applications from candidates with the ability to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in research and teaching. Women and members of underrepresented groups in science are strongly encouraged to apply.
