Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook with strong email management skills
  • Able ask questions and quickly identify solutions for our customers
  • Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism
  • Works well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Technologically adept

  • Sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Learn and promote company products and services - www.alamode.com
  • Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
  • Engage with existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend additional suitable products
  • Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, technical issues and business objections of current and prospective customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects
  • Work closely with others on the sales team and in other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
