You will be a key member of our team, with primary responsibilities including:

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and high quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based systems including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work smoothly with a team, cooperate with and support co-workers.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as in an independent role.
  • Self-motivated, execution oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present technical data cross-functionally.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related STEM field preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established safe work practices and work in a safe manner.
  • Follow EnviroLogix safety policies and procedures for reporting any unsafe or hazardous condition to their supervisor or the Environmental, Health, and Safety department for corrective action.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standard work.
  • Record accurate material usage and inventory transactions for test material.
  • Prepare controls and standards for in-process testing.
  • Perform functional testing of in-process and completed product.
  • Use common laboratory equipment, including pH meters, balances, and spectrophotometers.
  • Qualify raw materials and reagents.
  • Prepare buffers, critical reagents, and kit components.
  • Tabulate quantitative data processing, reporting, and analysis, including performance tracking and trending.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and equipment issues.
  • Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming product.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with production and R&D to facilitate product transfer, including review of documentation, pilot production, and scale up.
  • Meticulously and timely complete quality system documentation.
  • Work on continuous improvement projects; individually and as a part of a team.
  • Provide cross functional support in the EnviroLogix production process.
  • Support seasonality spikes.
