About The Position

The Production Planning Associate will be responsible for creating material and production demands in SAP, analyzing and scheduling SAP for alignment to the Project schedule. This role involves reviewing maintenance/modification requirements for contractual activities for aircraft maintenance projects through the interpretation of program Statements of Work, engineering drawings, technical manuals, directives, and other specifications. The associate will also participate in discussions with internal and external customers regarding contractual maintenance and/or modification requirements and schedules for production and shop floor.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of SAP, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with zero (0) to two (2) years of prior commercial, or military engineering, installation, modification or maintenance aerospace experience in a hands-on labor capacity or in a production support function. (e.g. engineering, supply chain, quality, planning.)
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four (4) years of prior commercial, or military engineering, installation, modification or maintenance aerospace experience in a hands-on labor capacity or in a production support function. (e.g. engineering, supply chain, quality, planning.)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
