About The Position
About this role Autoshop Solutions is a marketing agency dedicated to creating engaging websites and marketing solutions that drive business for the automotive industry. Our agency uses deep industry knowledge combined with cutting-edge marketing strategies in the areas of search engine advertising, content creation, and social media. We are seeking a Jr. Production Coordinator to add to our growing team! As a Jr. Production Coordinator, you will be onboarding new clients into Autoshop Solutions’ marketing services and manage redesign projects for existing clients.
Requirements
- Marketing experience or background preferred.
- Customer-facing or service experience preferred.
- Excellent multi-tasker and/or experience in project management.
- Strong organization skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivator and strong time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and meet deadlines in an environment where priorities and needs can change quickly.
- Willingness to learn about automotive and marketing concepts.
Responsibilities
- Using your customer service experience, you will communicate directly with clients to build trusting relationships both digitally and over the phone.
- Manage client expectations and task timelines to deliver a quality product that meets client needs and target timelines.
- Assist with onboarding and setup steps for social media, domain management, call tracking, and more.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Development, and Marketing Services teams to build website and marketing strategies for our clients.
