Requirements
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience with Production Control or Materials Management
- Experience leading projects and/or teams
- More than 3 years working in a manufacturing environment
- More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience using Lean+ and/or Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools
- Experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives
- Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
- Experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice To Haves

- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- More than 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management
- More than 5 years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system
- PMP and other Program Management certifications
Responsibilities
- Directly support the development of the production schedule/shop load (2-3 weeks look ahead) for the PAC-3 Seeker factory (including re-entry of non-conforming product on NCRs, ensuring quality and workforce adherence.
- Directly support production control team for the Seeker factory using KPI's.
- Monitor each line or sub-assembly area (e.g., PA-subs, PA, Gimbal, DIFP, ADPR and Seeker Assembly & Test) production plans and actual to ensure optimal line balancing, WIP control, and elimination of over production.
- Work with QA and production to ensure quality parts and that all ISO standards are met in compliance with the customer.
- Perform and execute activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
