Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading
  • Use of measuring devices
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Munters Corp. Orientation
  • Quality Assurance and Safety Awareness training
  • Assembly II Mechanics training

Responsibilities

  • Assemble Sycool units and non-foam panel door and jamb assemblies according to defined processes.
  • Perform final assembly of foam panel doors, including installing handles and hinges.
  • Handle materials safely and effectively.
  • Maintain inventory control by ensuring Kanban levels are met.
  • Adhere to the Munters Quality System and submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets.
  • Observe and enforce all safety rules.
  • Perform or assist with any factory operations to maintain workflow, meet schedules, and ensure quality.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Operate in accordance with all safety rules and requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups for training, issue resolution, and staying updated on developments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
