Associate Product Operations Specialist
About The Position
Reporting to the Director, Product Operations and Support, the Associate Product Operations Specialist will support the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of Great Minds’ high-quality curriculum products, serving as a connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, with particular focus on promotional materials, ensuring data and offerings are aligned to enable successful product launches and ongoing program support. The Associate Specialist will participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide operational support that drives consistency, scalability, and accuracy in product execution
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related field
- Organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and/or similar tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the education sector or curriculum publishing
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance of products created or updated, ensuring accuracy and functionality, in support of Sales Team partners.
- Execute processes that increase efficiency and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Serve as a liaison across internal stakeholders in the GTM and ongoing sampling process to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps and piloting new operational approaches.
