About The Position

Likewize is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their team at the global Headquarters in Southlake, TX. This role involves shaping innovative solutions and leading transformative projects in a fast-paced environment, driving global product innovation and delivering exceptional customer value. The Associate Product Manager will design, develop, and manage activities within the global product platform, focusing on new features, products, and services. The position requires collaboration across functions to identify opportunities, refine capabilities, and oversee the entire product lifecycle, offering a growth-oriented opportunity to elevate a product management career.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field that sets you up for success in this role.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management or IT strategy implementation, with a hands‑on, get‑things‑done mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating modern software and web technologies; experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Visio, SQL, and similar favorites in the product toolbox.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and teaming up across functions to ship great work.
  • Exposure to AI‑driven products or features, paired with curiosity about using AI to tackle real customer problems.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills — you’re able to engage, influence, and bring ideas to life for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Analytical, collaborative, and excited to bring fresh ideas that spark problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience tinkering with or helping build AI‑powered tools (bonus points for curiosity and creative problem‑solving).
  • Exposure to mobile app products — whether improving features, shaping experiences, or collaborating with mobile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with global stakeholders to shape and deliver a product roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Translating ideas into clear requirements — features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that teams can rally around.
  • Advancing the delivery of AI-powered products and solutions used by millions.
  • Driving high‑quality releases by leading UAT and ensuring features are launch‑ready.
  • Working in an Agile environment by refining priorities, managing risks, and keeping milestones on track.
  • Owning and prioritizing the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder input with team capacity and impact.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally (design, engineering, analytics, enablement) to turn insights into measurable customer outcomes.
  • Tracking post‑launch performance and industry trends to inform smarter, future‑focused product decisions.
