About The Position

Cariloop is hiring an Associate Product Manager to own delivery and iterative improvement of product experiences that support caregivers and enterprise partners. You’ll sit at the center of a cross-functional squad, translating validated customer and business needs into clear requirements, then guiding work through build, launch, and learning cycles. This role is ideal for a PM who loves hands-on execution, thrives in Agile delivery, and is actively growing their discovery and strategy muscles. You will contribute inputs to roadmap shaping and customer insight work, while being primarily accountable for shipping high-quality outcomes within an assigned product area. Associate Product Managers focus on leading feature-level discovery and delivery that ladders into that strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of previous work experience in product management as an Associate Product Manager or Owner role.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Effectively able to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog.
  • Analytical and decisive with a demonstrated ability to assess challenges or roadblocks, and present ideas for solutions to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with both technical, and non-technical teams.
  • AI Curiosity & Application: Has experimented with AI tools in a professional, academic, or personal setting and can articulate how they have applied AI to solve problems or streamline tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Direct or indirect experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the backlog for your product area; keep it clean, prioritized, and outcome-focused.
  • Support in the writing feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable fast, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead team ceremonies: refinement, sprint planning, standups, retros, demos.
  • Partner daily with engineering/design/QA to unblock work, clarify requirements, and escalate tradeoffs.
  • Ensure every release includes adoption enablement (release notes, internal comms, lightweight training).
  • Lead feature-level discovery and validation in support of broader strategy.
  • Participate in reviewing customer insights via interviews, support tickets, CS/Sales feedback, and usage data.
  • Collect feature-level discovery using interviews, internal feedback, and data. Connects inputs to prioritization using impact/effort/risk thinking.
  • Define and validate problems before proposing solutions (hypotheses, lightweight research plans).
  • Collaborate with design on journey mapping, prototypes, and usability feedback loops.
  • Size opportunities at a feature level: impact, effort, risks, dependencies.
  • Communicate progress, timelines, and decisions to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure features map to employer/member needs and GTM readiness.
  • Support inputs to quarterly/biannual roadmap planning; propose sequenced feature bets.
  • Build confidence in learnings and tradeoff rationales clearly and early.
