About The Position

AssuranceAmerica, a leading provider of nonstandard auto insurance products, is seeking a highly innovative Associate Product Manager to join their team. This role focuses on revolutionizing the insurance industry through the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The Associate Product Manager will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and enhancing AI/ML-driven products and services for the Commercial Auto sector, aiming to set new industry standards. The position requires leveraging educational background and skills to create innovative solutions that address customer needs and push the boundaries of auto insurance technology. This is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area, requiring candidates to reside within commuting distance. Sponsorship for employment visas is not provided.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a STEM related field with a concentration in AI and/or ML.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Design, develop, and launch AI-driven products that optimize pricing, underwriting, claims, and customer experience and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Pricing and Profitability: Utilize AI and ML expertise to extract actionable insights from data, facilitating data-driven decisions and continuous improvement to maintain product viability and ensure products are competitive and profitable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, IT, Claims, and Customer Service/Underwriting to ensure successful delivery of products.
