About The Position

The Associate Product Manager, Under Wraps will play a critical role in driving end-to-end product lifecycle management for the Under Wraps autographed mystery memorabilia business. This role operates at the intersection of sports culture, collectibles, and fan experience — balancing data-driven decision-making with the agility required to capitalize on micro-moments in a fast-moving market. The Associate Product Manager, Under Wraps delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of sports, athletes, and fan culture, with the ability to translate that passion into product decisions that drive sales and enhance the fan experience.
Highly data- and metrics-driven with a structured analytical mindset and the ability to work closely with data teams to build sophisticated customer intelligence capabilities in an omnichannel environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex release calendars, SKU data, and inventory workflows simultaneously.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment, with the agility to capitalize on hot products and emerging moments in the memorabilia market.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience in licensing, merchandising, inventory management, planning, or operations is a plus.
Experience in collectibles or memorabilia is a plus.

Responsibilities

Owns the full product lifecycle and data management responsibilities for the Under Wraps autographed mystery memorabilia business, spanning assortment planning, checklist management, pricing, inventory oversight, and league and players' association relationship management.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, fan services, logistics, and data teams to proactively resolve challenges including shipping delays, manufacturing disruptions, and social or marketing requests.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leagues and players' associations to drive business growth, unlock new product opportunities, and ensure timely approvals and contractual compliance.
Collaborate with print and packaging vendors to manage strategic partnerships aligned with evolving business needs and market trends.
Champion a best-in-class fan experience across all touchpoints by developing mystery memorabilia products that reflect a deep understanding of sports, athletes, and the fans they inspire.
Monitor product sell-through and fan response data to continuously refine assortments and enhance the fan-facing product experience.
Drive assortment decisions that merge a unified product vision with a culture relentlessly focused on the fan experience across all assigned sports categories.
Oversee timely and accurate receiving of product assortments to ensure fans receive releases on schedule and at the quality they expect.
Identify and act on micro-moments and emerging trends in the collectibles and memorabilia market to bring timely, high-demand products to fans.
Determine optimal run sizes and pricing strategies based on real-time market demand analysis and margin targets.
Create compelling product sell-in assets that communicate the value and uniqueness of Under Wraps releases to internal and external stakeholders.
Apply structured problem-solving approaches to address operational, manufacturing, and compliance challenges as they arise.
Own end-to-end SKU creation and variable data management for all releases within assigned sports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across every launch.
Maintain the release calendar with rigorous attention to detail, managing checklist adherence and inventory levels of raw goods throughout the product lifecycle.
Report on product sell-through performance and translate insights into actionable adjustments to planning and assortment strategy.
Lead all day-to-day operational responsibilities for the Under Wraps vertical with a high degree of organization and accountability under pressure.
Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
