Requirements

  • Undergraduate and/or post-secondary degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of client service experience within financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in response database management and proposal writing preferred.
  • Keen enthusiasm for markets, the fundamentals of investing, and an ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex financial topics.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Skill to prioritize to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Excellent time management, project management, analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Qvidian and other general database management is a strong asset.
  • French verbal and written skills will be valued.
  • Any industry-related professional designations, or progress towards one, is considered an asset.
  • Willingness to work variable hours driven by needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Updating, revising, and producing quarterly client presentations using PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Organizing the delivery of value-added services to platform managers, portfolio advisory groups, and fund research teams in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Responding to ad-hoc information requests from head office partners.
  • Executing the manager research and due diligence process to maintain existing business and win new partnership opportunities.
  • Creating and curating internal documents to store relevant fund information.
  • Completing questionnaires for the national account client base.
  • Gathering information from internal sources to provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Evaluating, developing, and deploying improvements to the reporting process.
  • Building and managing internal infrastructure and systems to bolster targeted client service delivery models.
  • Promoting efficiencies by contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
