About The Position

WDJT-TV, Weigel Broadcasting’s CBS affiliate in Milwaukee Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Producer to join the team. This role involves working closely with producers and crew to assist in producing news. The Associate Producer will aid the team in developing ideas, researching topics, booking guests, logging footage, and organizing scripts and rundowns. The ideal candidate must be an excellent writer, demonstrate the ability to work with on-air talent and production teams, and possess schedule flexibility to meet the needs of a daily newscast. We are looking for someone with news skills and a passion to deliver news in a compelling way to our viewers.
