Requirements

  • Experience in production, account management, program management, or a related discipline
  • A genuine love of content, storytelling, and creative ideas.
  • Curiosity about how campaigns, video, social, digital, and experiential work gets made and a desire to be part of making it
  • Early signs of ownership
  • Strong organizational skills and an obsession with detail
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication and consistent follow-up
  • A creative or entrepreneurial streak
  • Humility and a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to handle high-pressure moments with kindness and grace, and make the people around you better for having worked with you

Responsibilities

  • Support active client accounts and internal projects alongside Executive Producers, Senior Directors, and the Head of Production
  • Own internal projects including new business pitches, awards submissions, case study development
  • Keep the team organized, assets gathered, and deadlines met
  • Track timelines, maintain documentation, and keep assets organized across active projects
  • Own project status updates, keeping the team informed on what's due, what's pending, and what's next
  • Attend client and internal meetings, take accurate notes, and distribute clear recaps with decisions and next steps documented
  • Build your financial instincts by supporting burn reporting and budget documentation on active projects to start connecting how time, effort, and resources relate to scope
  • Stay curious about what's changing in technology, emerging channels, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Look for smarter ways to work and move fast enough to actually apply them
  • Show up for the team, taking things off people's plates and running with them
