About The Position

LabCentral is seeking a Procurement Associate. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this role requires both organizational skills and a desire to provide high-quality customer service. You’ll be the best fit for this role if you have 1-2 years of experience in business administration, supply chain management, and/or a related role focusing on customer support and purchasing/receiving. Hard workers, critical thinkers, organizational nuts, and Excel wizzes are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships with vendors and residents

Responsibilities

• Place and track orders using our internal system, powered by Jaggaer
• Provide timely assistance to residents for order-related inquiries
• Validate, quality check, and process invoices from a variety of vendors
• Collaborate with the accounting team on invoicing and documentation
• Help complete the “life-cycle” of an order, from initial request to purchase order to invoice
• Liaise with residents and vendors to solve order complications efficiently
• Assist LabCentral in scaling its business model by automating processes to become more efficient
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and residents
• Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide to LabCentral’s values
