Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Nice To Haves

Internship, co-op, or project experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
Knowledge of purchase orders, planning, or inventory management concepts
SAP or ERP system experience
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting

Responsibilities

Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and change orders
Support supplier sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Research market trends, pricing, and supplier opportunities
Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with Accounting and suppliers
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data within ERP systems
Monitor supplier performance, spending, and volume trends
Assist with inventory reconciliation and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs
Troubleshoot shipping, transportation, and customs-related issues
Prepare weekly and monthly reports that support business decision-making
