The Associate Private Wealth Strategist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by assisting in all prospect analysis and proposal support for BOK Financial Private Wealth (BOKFPW). This role combines deep investment acumen with marketing and storytelling capabilities to deliver consistent, high‑quality, and compliant prospect materials across the platform, focusing on BOKFPW’s largest and most complex relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics with 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management or a related field
  • Experience with all types of investment products, portfolio construction, and investment analysis.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into client-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of proposal requests and complete assignments with limited direction.
  • Strong visual and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting compelling prospect‑ and client‑facing materials.
  • Experience with investment portfolio research tools (e.g. Morningstar, Bloomberg) and familiarity with or willingness to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve individual and company-wide goals.

  • CFA or progress toward CFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and update BOKFPW marketing templates to improve quality and consistency in partnership with front-line teams, Marketing, and Compliance.
  • Support the development of topical and client-touchpoint materials, including retirement planning content, dashboards, and quarterly client updates.
  • Work closely with advisors and investment managers to understand client needs, analyze documents, and customize portfolio recommendations and pitch decks.
  • Conduct technical research to support potential portfolio positioning changes requested by the front lines.
  • Ensure alternative investments are thoughtfully incorporated into holistic portfolio recommendations and presentations.
  • Participate in prospect meetings as requested to support client discussions.
  • Facilitate client onboarding by partnering with investment managers to implement presented portfolios.
