About The Position

As Associate Principal Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering highly configurable and customized applications using Conga Products and Platform for customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation to optimize revenue lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs across enterprise environments.
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#) for complex enterprise ecosystems.
  • Experience conducting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), and QTC assessments for legacy systems.
  • Experience ensuring seamless CRM/ERP integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Experience designing and architecting robust, scalable, secure, and high performance technical solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
  • Experience defining technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations.
  • Experience developing and customizing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Experience building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations for data exchange, orchestration, and workflow automation between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
  • Experience applying version control and branching strategies using Git and Bitbucket.
  • Experience managing project delivery using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking.
  • Experience maintaining architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence.
  • Experience performing code reviews.
  • Experience working with data architecture, including mapping and loading.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with standards, including GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and prospects/customers to define solutions and scope and create Statements of Work.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering highly configurable and customized applications using Conga Products and Platform for customers.
  • Leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations and enhancements leveraging Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#) for complex enterprise ecosystems.
  • Conducting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), and QTC assessments for legacy systems, ensuring seamless CRM/ERP integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Designing and architecting robust, scalable, secure, and high performance technical solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
  • Defining technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations.
  • Developing and customizing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#, ensuring adherence to secure coding standards and optimized performance.
  • Building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations for data exchange, orchestration, and workflow automation between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
  • Applying version control and branching strategies using Git and Bitbucket to maintain code integrity.
  • Managing project delivery using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking, and maintaining architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence.
