Requirements

Experience as a Product Owner - EST Time zone
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to write clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product enhancement.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and priorities.
Convert business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Prioritize requirements based on business value, effort, and dependencies.
Own and manage the product backlog.
Groom, refine, and prioritize backlog items for upcoming sprints.
Ensure stories are ready for development with complete details and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with developers, admins, architects, and QA teams.
Clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove roadblocks.
Ensure technical teams have a clear understanding of business expectations.
Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Validate completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and business needs.
Communicate progress, risks, and changes to business stakeholders.
Manage expectations and keep teams informed throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct demos and training for end-users as needed.
Ensure new features are properly tested, documented, and rolled out.
Drive user adoption through communication, training, and feedback loops.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
