About The Position

Requirements

6+ years of proven experience in the investment management industry
5+ years of portfolio management experience required
Bachelor’s degree required
Comprehensive knowledge of managing ETF and/or Mutual Funds required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize while being flexible to shift focus as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building, and collaborative skills

Nice To Haves

Graduate degree
CFA (or working towards CFA) preferred

Responsibilities

Manage portfolios to meet or exceed performance mandates consistent with investment objectives, while adhering to regulatory, firm-, and/or client-specific guidelines and restrictions
Apply quantitative, systematic, and rules-based techniques to portfolio management.
Rebalance portfolios, analyze corporate actions, implement tax overlay strategies
Calculate and analyze fund performance attributions relative to benchmarks and competitor funds
Evaluate new strategies and markets to support product launches from the portfolio management perspective
Articulate complex investment topics to a diverse audience using strong verbal and written communication skills
Build strong working relationships throughout the organization and the industry to execute new initiatives and deliver superior investment outcomes for clients
