About The Position

Caxton Associates is seeking candidates for its comprehensive two-year Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) Program. This program, established in 2012, is designed to nurture premier investment talent and provides an exceptional pathway for high-potential buy-side investors, outstanding sell-side trading talent, or world-class quantitative analysts. The program offers immersive exposure and intensive training to refine investment skills with the objective of advancing participants to a senior Portfolio Manager position within Caxton. Over a quarter of current Portfolio Managers have progressed through this program. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, and/or market making, with expertise in implementing investment strategies and related markets. We are looking for entrepreneurial risk-takers who desire to build and grow their investment strategy, can work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate a capacity for continuous growth. A passion for financial markets and a strong work ethic are essential. Requirements

3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, and/or market making.
Expertise in, and ideally direct experience implementing, proposed investment strategy and related markets.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
