About The Position

The Role Are you passionate about product marketing that resonates? As a Portfolio Communications Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with marketing, data, product, and investment teams to develop investment reporting, communications, and content that deliver insights on markets, investment performance, and portfolio trading and positioning. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a collaborative culture, is interested in deepening their investment expertise, and enjoys working across functions to manage projects and produce data, visualizations, and messaging that supports the investment team and strengthens the client experience. The Team Our marketing team partners closely with Fidelity Asset Management to develop compelling, impactful, and timely investment content crafted to help institutions, advisors, investors and key internal audiences understand the value Fidelity provides in helping clients meet their financial objectives. Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing, communications, data analyst, data production or project management capacity
  • Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing work, and handling fast paced timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, comfort collaborating across a range of levels, and able to use good judgement in engaging business partners
  • Excellent writing skills and able to express sophisticated investment concepts through clear, compelling messaging that will resonate with investors
  • Proficient with Excel and querying data; able to use formulas, pivot tables, and other tools to manipulate large quantities of data
  • Proficient with PowerPoint; able to translate data into clear, compelling charts and visualizations
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing content requirements, workflows, and new technology applications
  • Imagination and curiosity to develop creative ways to tell the investment story

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workfront, Seismic, and/or Tableau preferred
