About The Position

As a Platform Developer Associate, you will help shape GALLO’s next generation of AI-powered business solutions while supporting the continued evolution of our intelligent automation capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of solutions built on GALLO’s AI Services platform, including GalloGPT, Shakudo, and n8n, while continuing to support robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance user experiences. From workflow orchestration and platform integrations to AI-powered applications and intelligent document processing solutions, your work will help accelerate innovation across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to expand your expertise in emerging AI technologies while applying software development, automation, quality assurance, integration, and operational support practices. Working alongside experienced developers and architects, you will build secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions that support GALLO’s digital transformation and future AI platform strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; OR High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus four years of IT experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to travel to company offices, sites, and meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, events, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree plus two years of IT experience; or High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus six years of IT experience.
Two or more years of experience developing RPA, intelligent automation, AI-enabled workflows, or comparable automation solutions, including hands-on UiPath development experience.
Experience developing or configuring AI-enabled applications, digital assistants, prompt-based experiences, knowledge retrieval solutions, workflow orchestration, and enterprise generative AI platforms such as GalloGPT, Shakudo, n8n, or similar technologies.
Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell, along with experience integrating solutions through APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of solutions built on GALLO’s AI Services platform, including GalloGPT, Shakudo, and n8n.
Support robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation initiatives.
